Rovers Registration Now Open!

2023-2024 Registration Is Now Open 

We are pleased to announce that our 2023-2024 registration is now open. Early bird pricing will apply until September 8th, 2023. Registration will close on September 8 and not reopen until October 1. Once registration reopens in October all packages will increase in cost by $50. 

If you have fundraising credits they will be applied on the registration system near the end of the registration process. 

Discount codes are as follows;

• If you are signing up more than one child, please use the promo code MultipleChildDiscount for each child after the first. Multiple child discount is $50.
• If you are a goalie use the following promo codes
  • GoalieDiscountU7U9 for U7 and U9 players
  • GoalieDiscountU11-U18 for U11 to U18 players
  • GoalieDiscountFemale for female league. 
  • The goalie discount is 50% off the total house league fee amount. To avail of this discount, the child must be committed to playing as a goalie for the full season.
• If this is the players 1st year of minor hockey use the promo code 1stYear. First year player discount is 50% off the total house league fee amount.

Each player can only use one promo code. So, if you need to use 2 promo codes for the same player please email the Registrar at lori.sharpe@bayarenarovers.ca.

It is important to note that your discount codes (if applicable) will be applied to your payment balance before any fundraising credit is used from your account. 

If you need to apply for financial aid to help pay for house league fees please visit the following link for more information. Please note; registration fees have gone up by $20 this year as a result of the HNL registration fee per player increasing by $20. ($61 per player last season, $81 per player for 2023-2024)

Coaches/Staff and Volunteers can also register in the RAMP registration system at this time.

When registering everyone is required to upload a birth certificate.  This is required by Hockey NL.

Please note that the Hockey NL fee of $81 is non-refundable. House league fees will NOT be refunded after December 1st. Amount refunded up to this date will be pro-rated based on hours scheduled and other expenses.
