2024-2025 Registration Is Now Open
We are pleased to announce that our 2024-2025 House League registration is now open. Please read this memo in its entirety as all registration information is included.
All players must be registered and HNL fee paid before stepping on the ice in September.
Early bird pricing will apply until September 19th, 2024. Registration will close on September 19 and not reopen until October 1. Once registration reopens in October all packages will increase in cost by $50.
Please complete the registration process by using any existing RAMP account that has been used in the previous season. New players must create an account.
Players are required to upload a copy of their birth certificate as proof of age in order to complete the registration process. MCP cards are not accepted. This is a requirement from Hockey Newfoundland.
If the player has fundraising credits, they will be applied on the registration system near the end of the registration process.
Please note that ice rental fees have increased by $12 per hour, and the HNL insurance fee remains at $81 per player, for the 2024-2025 hockey season.
Below are the House League hours and fee breakdown per division for early bird pricing for the season. Note that some divisions have had their hours adjusted from last year.
U7 - 40 hours ($619 ice fees + $81 HNL fee = $700)
U9 - 40 hours ($619 ice fees + $81 HNL fee = $700)
U11 - 35 hours ($531.50 ice fees + $81 HNL fee = $612.50)
U13 - 30 hours ($444 ice fees + $81 HNL fee = $525)
U15 - 25 hours ($356.50 ice fees + $81 HNL fee = $437.50)
U18 - 20 hours ($269 ice fees + $81 HNL fee = $350)
U15/U18 Female - 20 hours ($269 ice fees + $81 HNL fee = $350)
Promo discount codes are as follows:
- If there is more than one child in the same immediate family, please use the promo code SecondChild to receive 25% off fees for second child and promo code ThirdChild to receive 50% off fees for third child.
- If there is a goalie registering, use promo code Goalie to receive 50% off fees. To avail of this discount, the child must be committed to playing as a goalie for the full season.
- If the player is a new player or 1st year, use the promo code 1stYear to receive 50% off fees.
- If the player is a female, use the promo code FemaleHouseLeague to receive 25% off fees. This can be used for either a Female House League program or Minor House League program.
Each player can only use one promo code. Use the promo code that will give the largest discount on fees.
It is important to note that RAMP promo codes will be applied to the payment balance after any fundraising credit is applied from the player’s account. If this occurs, complete the registration process and please contact the Registrar and fundraising credits will be applied back to the player account.

If a player won a free registration at the hockey banquet or Rover mascot launch, please email Registrar@bayarenarovers.ca.
Coaches/Staff and Volunteers are also required to register in RAMP at this time.

Please note that the Hockey NL fee of $81 is non-refundable. House league fees will NOT be refunded after December 1st, 2024. Amount refunded up to this date will be pro-rated based on hours scheduled and other expenses.
