U11 to U18 Divisional Coordinators

We are seeking interest for Divisional Coordinators for each division from U11 to U18.

The role of the coordinator will be to oversee the division training groups, coaching staff as well as house league games in the Bay Arena.

Duties:

• Ensure that coaches on the ice are on the approved list of coaches provided by the executive.
• Ensure an adequate number of coaches scheduled to attend practices and games.
• Record coaches attendance at practices and games.
• Take a photo and submit it for each Player of the Game.
• Report games results for house league games at the Bay Arena.  

This role can be shared among a group of Divisional Coordinators.
